While most are out prepping for their holiday weekend, Dr. Hyun Gu Kang, Biomechanics/Movement Anatomy Assistant Professor at CSUSM, is creating kinesiology demo videos with his students. These videos will help students learn their course materials but they will also be helpful for self-care.
