Human Development Club at CSUSM supported Carlsbad 5000

DAS_2784.jpgThe Student Human Development (HD) Club at California State University San Marcos seeks various unique opportunities to engage with and to support their local community.

“The Carlsbad 5000, a race that has been a community staple for over 30 years, was a fun and exciting opportunity for HD Club members to contribute to an event that promotes health and wellness within North County San Diego. HD Club members were able to pass out water, nutritious snacks, cheer on runners, and award medals while exercising and building upon teamwork, says Riley Bender, Human Development Club President.
