Keith Lin and Genessis Quezada, ASI representatives for the College of Education, Health & Human Services, hosted a wonderful fundraising collaboration for all students this month. Their partners consisted of CSUSM student organizations such as the Future Educators Association, Go Public Health, Border Angels, Human Development, Project Rebound, School of Nursing, Speech-Language Pathology, Transitions Collective and the School of Nursing. Keith and Genessis wanted to provide an opportunity for caring student groups to come together and support one another.
Dr. Emiliano Ayala, our dean for the CEHHS college, proudly attended and spent the afternoon getting to know his students and was happy to provide advice, guidance, and academic information.
“This event was a great success and far better than I predicted,” said Gennessis. “What a wonderful way to end the semester.”
